We had an amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The ocean view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved sipping our drinks and watching the sunset from there. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft white bedding and down pillows. The room was spotlessly clean and the housekeeper did an excellent job. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the rooms were, even though the hotel was full. We couldn't hear any noise from other guests, making our stay even more peaceful. The 24/7 restaurant offered fresh salads and delicious, healthy choices, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything. The staff at the reception desk were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. They even remembered our names and always had a smile on their faces. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, from the rooftop pool to the spa & wellness center. We had a great time lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying the sun terrace. The hotel also offered a wide range of activities, such as live entertainment and water sports. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great balance of amenities and the location was perfect for our New Year getaway. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, which were equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. But the best part was the proximity to the beach, as it was only a few minutes walk away. This made it convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and spend our days on the sand.
On the negative side, we were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. Firstly, the rooms looked a bit tired and could definitely use some renovation.

We had the best hotel experience ever! The location was perfect, with shopping malls and shops just a short walk away. The bar area nearby offered live entertainment every night. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The bathroom had a great shower with lots of hot water. The hotel had great facilities, including a 24/7 restaurant and beautiful gardens. it was a wonderful stay.
The complimentary coffee in the rooms was terrible.
